Rey Estevez founded BW Bartending to bring a real cocktail bar to events across South Florida. He's a professional behind the bar and a good time in front of it, and he takes the relationships he builds with clients as seriously as the drinks.
Every event gets its own menu, often on iPad, with custom cups and a name for the signature drink. The bar shows up the same way every time: black apron, marquee BAR letters, fresh flowers and a mocktail list as good as the cocktails.

Every package includes licensed, insured bartenders. Pricing is per guest and depends on your date, hours and guest count, so we send each client a custom quote.

Questions, answered
Do you provide the alcohol?
No. You buy the alcohol and we send you a shopping list based on your guest count, menu and budget. Mixers, garnishes, sodas, cups and the rest of the bar supplies are on us.
How many bartenders will I need?
We staff one bartender for every 50 guests. For a busier bar or table service, you can add extra bartenders or servers.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Every package includes licensed, insured bartenders and liquor liability insurance.
How do I book, and what payment do you take?
A 50% deposit reserves your date, and the balance is due 7 days before the event. Zelle has no fee. Card, Cash App, Venmo and Stripe payments carry a 2.99% processing fee.
What if I need to cancel or move my date?
Cancel more than 30 days out and your deposit is refunded in full. Within 30 days the deposit is non-refundable, and within 7 days the full balance is due. Rescheduling is $450, subject to availability.
What areas do you serve?
We serve Fort Lauderdale, Miami and Palm Beach. Our home base is Sol Haus in Fort Lauderdale, and we travel for house calls and events across South Florida.
Will you serve everyone at the event?
We serve responsibly. Our bartenders will refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated or underage.
