I’m Rey, like a ray of sunshine. That’s how I introduce myself, and it’s how I try to show up behind every bar.

I’m 26, a single dad, and South Florida born and raised. I’m lucky to have a community of friends and family I love, and I want every client to feel that same warmth at their event. Making people happy is my favorite part of the job, and hospitality is what I care about most.

Every event gets its own menu, custom touches and a signature drink with your name on it. My bar shows up the same way every time: marquee BAR letters, fresh flowers and a mocktail list as good as the cocktails.
